We took decisions in line with the government recommendations in order to protect our team and ensure the continuity of our services.

The MYRE team will work entirely and exclusively in remote

In order to protect everyone's health, we are organized so that everyone can work from home and thus implemented our plan "everyone in remote".

All employees without exception are able to work remotely. It is a common practice at MYRE, we use tools that we are used to in order to work together effectively, and it will not affect our team operations during this period of crisis.

The support team remains available and we ensure continuity of services

MYRE is a Saas platform, it means that it is available through a web browser. So the application stay fully available and will still be upgraded regularly.

It will also enable you to organize your team remote working while being ensured, through MYRE, to have access to data and all the features that may be necessary to your activity.

Our support team is fully mobilized to continue supporting you as effectively as possible. Do not hesitate to use the  "Help" widget at the bottom right of the screen to get in touch with us if you encounter any difficulties.

You can also consult all the help already available in the user guide, and of course your dedicated customer success managers are available on the phone if you have any questions.

Protect yourself and take care.
