During the Fin&Tech Community event, which focused on the Fintech and Finance of tomorrow, MYRE was awarded the Finance Innovation label in the Real Estate sector.

Finance Innovation is the global competitive hub, created in 2007 by the State, specializing in innovation in finance. With a network of almost 600 members and both private and public sponsors, Finance Innovation brings together players in banking, insurance, real estate, the social and solidarity economy, research, local communities and public authorities, etc. The hub is thus the leader in supporting startups that develop innovations in the financial ecosystem. Since its creation, around 640 projects received the label, with more than one billion euros in fundraising.

On July 1st, 2020 took place the Fin&Tech Community event dedicated to the Fintech and Finance of tomorrow. On this occasion, conferences and round tables were planned to “redraw the outlines of positive finance driven by digital innovation, inventing new business models and redefining behaviors and relationships between finance and business.”

During this event, the hub's experts selected new startups whose project is part of a positive finance approach in order to award them the Finance Innovation label.

To introduce the Real Estate sector in order to award the labels, Salim Echoukry presented a preview of the Proptech & innovation in real estate study carried out by Klein Blue, the innovation and digital transformation consulting company specialised in financial services. This study, conducted in partnership with Finance Innovation, provides an overview of the proptech ecosystem in France. MYRE is identified in the Financing and Investment category and appears along the main players of the sector.

The document also puts innovation trends into perspective and decrypts the main challenges of the digital transformation of the real estate industry through expert interviews.

It is in this context that MYRE received the Fintech label in the Real Estate category along with five other startups: Aveltys, Copilot, Lacquereur.com, MyDataBall and Zelok.

During the label ceremony Déborah Fritz, founder and CEO of MYRE presented her startup in a video-conference and answered questions from José Baez, Real Estate project manager at Finance Innovation.
