After being selected along with 50 other startups out of 1,500 applications, MYRE is one of the 5 finalists in its category of the Builtworld 2020 innovation competition.

Builtworld Contest is a major European competition dedicated to innovation in the real estate industry. This competition brings together 1,500 startups that compete in five different categories: Digital Real Estate Finance, Digital Building Operations, Digital Asset Management, Digital Markets & Transactions and Smart City Solution.

Following the pre-selections made from the application files, we participated in the semi-final pre-pitches on Wednesday July 1st. 10 startups per category had the opportunity to pitch their solution to a jury of experts. The exercise consisted of a 3-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions asked by the members of the jury. At the end of this pre-pitch afternoon we were informed that we were entering the final of the competition in our Digital Asset Management category alongside the 4 other European startups: Askporter, EverReal, OCTO and Okapi AI.

During the Digital Real Estate Week event which will take place from October 26th to 30th, we will have the opportunity to present MYRE, the real estate data management solution, to the present audience made up of real estate and digital innovation professionals.

Born from the ambition to decompartmentalize the professional real estate sector, MYRE was created in 2016, by four co-founders. From the very beginning, our approach has combined real estate business expertise with a strong technological requirement. Our ambition for international development is today carried out by our existing clients through their own assets abroad (out of France) and already modeled in the platform.

This final selection in such a demanding European competition supports our choice of innovation and the need to empower the real estate sector and enable players to work with structured and reliable data and be adaptable to different markets.

The entire event will be accessible online. Each startup finalist will have the opportunity to pitch its solution. The presentations will be followed by the award ceremony.
