After a long period of remote work imposed by the health crisis, we have taken the necessary measures to welcome in our offices people who prefer this work environment.

Since March 16th, the MYRE team has worked exclusively in remote to protect everyone's health.

We were already using tools that were necessary to an efficient collaboration remotely, in particular for the good coordination between the teams located in Paris and Lyon. Telework is a common practice at MYRE but the situation where each of us was isolated for such a long period was unprecedented.

Of course the specific circumstances of the health crisis enhanced the necessity of teleworking: the risk of impact on our health and our loved one’s, the daily organization that may differ according to our situation and our constraints linked to home, geography, family, etc. and the specific context of lockdown whose experience is very specific to each of us.

For these reasons, we have decided for several weeks to offer the assistance of a psychologist to everyone who may feel the need to talk to a professional.

Despite this situation, we have maintained our activity and ensured the continuity of our services

Our experience even allowed us to onboard two new employees in these particular conditions.

The application updates and the pace of new feature deployments have not slowed down.

We increased customer support, and got aware that for many of them the platform was very much suited to remote work.

For all these reasons we wanted to thank each member of our team for their efforts and team spirit.

Monday May 11th we announced the measures related to the end of lockdown

Telework, in particular in the Paris region, is still strongly recommended. However, we have decided to make our offices available again for those who wish to come. Physical presence is voluntary and we limit the occupation to ten people maximum in order to be able to respect the physical distanciation.

Masks, hydroalcoholic gel and a thermometer are available and self-service. Wipes allow everyone to disinfect their desk and the common areas.

We have full confidence in our team to enforce barrier measures in order to reduce the risk of virus transmission.

Physical customer meetings are now possible

We will continue to schedule remote meetings with our customers and prospects. However, we are now able to host commercial meetings in our offices implementing the measures previously described.

We are committed to those who will be invited to a meeting in our offices that it will be held in accordance with the principles of barrier gestures and physical distancing. We will provide them a mask and hydroalcoholic gel in addition to the usual tea or coffee.
