MYRE is a SaaS platform created in 2016. It is the working environment dedicated to asset managers in the commercial real estate sector.

We continue the development of MYRE by raising more than €2m from some of our historical investors as well as from Naxicap, Keys Asset Management and business angels including William Ayache and Jean Peyrelevade, who has been advising us since the very beginning. Employees have also been involved in this new fundraising, thus strenghtening the cohesion and commitment of the entire team.

These €2m will enable us to accelerate the development of the platform, which has been constantly evolving since its launch in March 2018. The growth of the company will involve new features but also the development of adjacent markets. At MYRE, we have the ambition to become the leading proptech player in real estate asset management, a sector that is currently undergoing a full digital transformation.

MYRE is born out of the desire to decompartmentalize the world of professional real estate sector.

Déborah Fritz and her partners (Ariel Boukobza, Isabelle Teboul Cohen and Arnaud Fritz) experienced a lack of efficiency and reliability of financial and legal data. This acknowledgement  fueled the need to design an innovative tool that would gather a standardized data on a single  application and thus bring an answer to the current pain point of scattered data, modeled in archaic tools which do not communicate.

The application www.getmyre.com makes it possible for different stakeholders participating in the financial, operational and legal management of the assets at all stages of the life cycle to collaborate easily. Transparency of information and its instant access are also key issues. Reliable and consolidated data helps optimize management, increase asset performance and accelerate transactions.

To date, over one million square meters have been modeled in MYRE, four times more than a year ago when it was marketed. Our clients experience many benefits such as an average 30% time gain on administrative tasks and improved communication between teams and different stakeholders. Customers have the opportunity to see the platform evolve at a steady pace every month. The development in agile mode allows us to take into account the needs of customers and users very quickly and easily.
