After its participation in the Startup Space in 2019, MYRE further confirms its market position in 2021 by exhibiting for the first time at the SIMI, the professional real estate trade fair held from December 8 to 10, 2021 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
SIMI 2021: The art of city building
The SIMI met with great success for its 20th edition It brought together 22,000 participants, 451 SIMI and City by SIMI exhibitors, offering more than 130 conferences centered on 15 thematic cycles. These included Low Carbon, Office & Workplace, Real Estate Outlook, Climate Challenge, Greater Paris, Investors, Housing & Managed residences, Logistics & Industry, Mixed-use, Mobility, Mutability & Reversibility, Retail, CSR, Territories & Cities, and Users. An event focused on key themes for building tomorrow's real estate together.
After two years of physical distancing, the exhibition provided an opportunity for industry professionals to get together, share their experiences, and discuss the future of the sector. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, the industry is undergoing major transformations, raising the necessity to rethink our strategies.
- How to realize the goal of building a sustainable, low carbon city?
- Flexible and service-based real estate, new needs are emerging;
- The winning property categories following the health crisis: frontline residential (according to ImmoStat received +24% of residential investments in France by the end of the first nine months of 2021), along with logistics, healthcare assets, and industrial premises;
- What lies ahead for offices? Urban recycling, a solution for future vacant properties;
- The sector's accelerating digitization process enabled us to avoid a serious market disruption during the crisis period;
- How should the city, property, and spaces be adapted to new needs and uses?
So many questions and new trends are emerging at the end of the year 2021.
